ENG-431 Advanced Creative Writing

Hey guys! Has anyone previously taken this ?

The syllabus is a bit vague. I have heard there are two writing projects required.

Do you get to pick the genre for your main project or does it have to be in your concentration? How long are the projects? Can you continue with writing from the workshops or must it be something entirely new?

Is there any reading (novels) in this course aside from the incredibly expensive course text?

Any advice or suggestions?

Just trying to prepare myself ahead of time. This is the last of my final 3 courses and burnout has been unreal for quite some time. Appreciate any info. and suggestions you might have.
