Can't Login

When I try to login to hypixel, it shows a connection timeout error, and sometimes the disconnected error. It looks like this:

I have restarted the game, restarted my computer, restarted the wifi, but nothing works. I got ip banned from the hypixel forums for some reason, maybe thats part of this?
