Cpu heating up, cpu usage 100%

I had a problem today where my CPU was just skyrocketing in temperature and usage. I’d be in games like Apex at max settings, and usually the temps are around 150 to160°F and For some reason it’s been going really high recently, My GPU temps are normal, and its usage is normal too.
