Best PC components to prevent lagging in Photoshop/Lightroom for PSB large format files? Specifically multilayer GFX 100s smart objects

Hello, I’m about to upgrade my current computer to Intel Ultra 7 265k. Would these be best components to use?

Motherboard: ASUS Maximus Hero z890 CPU: Intel Ultra Core 7 265k RAM: 4 x 16gb G skills ddr5 (6000) NVME M.2 5.0: Samsung 9100pro 2TB for C: drive NVME M.2 5.0: Samsung 9100pro 4TB to store Lightroom catalog and most recent files NVME M.2 4.0: 2 x 8TB sn850x GPU: Gigabyte 5070 ti Aero

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. I don’t plan on storing many files on the C: drive. Maybe some excel documents. Mainly leave it open for scratch disk room.
