Having no pain? Is it possible? BC?

Question

Hello. I was diagnosed with endometriosis, PCOS, and insulin resistance all within just two weeks. Getting three diagnoses so quickly has been really hard on my mental health, and I need to clear some things up in my mind. I have a few questions, and I’d be really grateful if you could help. Can endometriosis exist without pain? I’ve had very little to no pain in the last few years. My periods have also become very short, around two days, with only light spotting afterward. My doctor said that even though my cyst is small, we need to stop my periods. She said I can either take hormone therapy or birth control pills, and I prefer the birth control option. But when I asked how long I would need to take them, she didn’t give me a clear answer, which worried me. So I want to know: do I really have to be on birth control(Jeanine brand), and would it actually help? Since I don’t have symptoms of PCOS or endometriosis, maybe I caught everything very early. Should I trust my doctor? (I hope no one judges me, I did not know what endometriosis was before getting diagnosed and have always been taught that having no periods is very unhealthy.) Thanks a lot :)
