Hutch 4g is not working in my phone

So.. i had to disable my hutch sim a week ago. It was for like 2-3 days and I enabled it again. Since then 4g seems to be very slow and sometime it does not work. I did not thought of it much cuz of the situation in the country, there were some network/signal issues. But I live in colombo (suburb) this is still not fixed.

I reached to the customer care and they said to turn off private dns (it was on auto) and restart the phone, which did not work and now my 5g network in dialog sim also not working🥲

If any if you know how to fix it, please help🙏
