Preemptive closure on 44th Ave W

Just a heads up, it looks like the city decided to preemptively close 44th Ave just south of the freeway ramps. The rain hasn’t started, and the road seems to be dry currently, but the area easily floods during these atmospheric rivers. Freeway ramps are still open, you just can’t drive through to/from Mountlake Terrace, gotta go around.
