What’s the best way to reach out to someone I went to college with but never spoke to?

When I (20,F) was at college, I had 2 classes with a girl who I thought was really cool and I really wanted to be her friend but never approached her (despite seeing her multiple times a week in class for 2 years lol) as I was very insecure that I wasn’t ‘cool enough’ to be her friend. It’s been a few years since leaving college, and I still regret not making the effort to talk to her when I had the chance although I feel like if I were to reach out now she would think I’m weird or worse, she wouldn’t even remember me/ know who I am.

Just looking for some advice on how to approach the situation, and what is the best way to reach out or is it too late?
