Help to figure out what is wrong with ne

I am a 21 year old 204 pounds male and for two months straight I have been having splitting headaches, they thought I had a sinus infection but after 3 rounds of antibiotics the pain still came and went whenever it wanted as well as 5 ER trips later and a sinus and a head CT and I don't have a sinus infection. The antibiotics worked but as soon as they ran out my pain came back and now two and a half months in and I now feel so dizzy I can't stand or function on a daily basis. A list of my symptoms are

Dizziness Nausea Fatigue and loss of energy vomiting Headaches Migraines High blood pressure Sinus pain Dehydration Lightheadedness Neck stiffness

urine is almost clear with a bit of white cloudiness.

I been on two meds for dizziness and a med for headaches and nothing has helped.

I went off of my duloxetine recently because it was messing with my hungry and thirst and I went off of my mirtazapine because it was causing me to gain weight too much.

I can't think of what else to try or what tests to order I also learned that my ferritin is constantly low like 28 to 38 levels of low even when I was on iron supplements for a whole month.

I am looking, no begging for help so I can live a normal life again so please help me.
