Washer cleaning tablets

Like many of you, I’ve been doing a huge amount of laundry lately now that I’ve figured out my go-to products from the Lipase List. So now it’s time to clean the machine itself. I’m trying to figure if these Eco-Gals washer cleaning tablets I have are worth using. I have a 5 year old LG front loader with a tub clean cycle that uses steam. I put two tabs in and run it. I don’t notice any odor and I’ve been using these for a couple of years.

Per the box, ingredients are sodium percarbonate and sodium bicarbonate - which I believe is washing soda and baking soda. I’m running it now and I’ve put citric acid in the rinse compartment. First time trying that so I’m not sure if it will flush it into the drum or not. Hope so.

Anyone have any insight? Is this doing any good or should I just pitch them and use citric acid in the drum going forward?
