Should I choose Time4Learning or Penn Foster?

I’m a 9th grader and im not sure which to choose. I might want to transfer back into IRL highschool in later years and I saw that schools might not accept Time4Learning credits but it’s more likely they will with Penn Foster. I also want something very self paced and not in person and I’ve done a lot of research on Time4Learning but not too much on Penn Foster. I know Penn Foster is more expensive but is it worth it? I also know you can graduate faster with Penn Foster. Is there any in person or meeting with teachers on Penn Foster when you first transfer in or can you just start online? Same question for time4learning. I’d like just learning by myself so im not sure. Any advice would help, thanks.
