All-out war between Hoshido and Nohr is avoided, the two sides agreeing to a Peace Treaty. Though those that hold the pen know the truth, Nohr held Hoshido's beating heart in its palm and these are nothing more than terms of surrender. To ensure that the Hoshidans do not forget the position they're in, one of their own (Sakura) will be 'taken in' by the Nohr royal family.
