G-Tube scar issues- extra skin

Looking for advice…

I have a G-Tube scar and a larger scar from infancy (corrected birth defect). The scars have always been rather deep, but with the loose skin, I’m now having an issue of my G-Tube scar kind of collapsing in on itself, causing it to get very red and inflamed. Anybody else have an issue with abdominal scars? If so, what do you do?

I’m not likely to get skin removal surgery, unless I win the lottery or educators suddenly get compensated better. Just concerned and looking for a longer term solution.
