How to find serial on iPhone that won't boot.

Hello. I have 2 iPhone 14 and both of them do not turn on and will not connect to apple configurator. Nor will they go into dfu mode. I know one is severely water damaged. Is there anyway I can find the serial number on them? Is it etched on logic board or inside? I need the serial number for resale so I can verify they are not locked.
