What does bottom dysphoria feel like for you

I genuinely can't tell if I have bottom dysphoria or not. Thought I didn't but idk. Just want to hear other experiences. At least with top I know it feels foreign and like it doesn't belong but it's weird when it's not the presence of something but the lack of it? Or maybe it is the presence of it. Dunno.
