is there anything I can do about someone impersonating me?

i found a tiktok account that was posting my pictures and videos, pretending to be me. they had videos i posted a year ago. they also had two instagram accounts using my photos, a spam and a main page. they even used a baby picture of me i've never seen before as their profile photo. they weren't using my name, it was a totally different one. is there anything i can do about this since they’re not using my name? i called them out and they deleted the accounts, but they keep reactivating them for a while then deleting again. it's really frustrating and im creeped because i'm a minor and they've been doing this for over a year since their instagram highlights were from july 2024. location: Texas (if this helps any im almost 100% sure they’re from the uk cause they use the slang from there and have the flag in their bio)
