Thoughts on Hayhust/ Gabriel Park?

Thinking of relocating to Hayhurst, near Gabriel Park from SE. I know it’s a more suburban area but still seems fairly walkable to Multnomah Village and Hillsdale (topography aside). Seems like lots of younger families and a pretty quiet neighborhood. Anyone here have experience in this area?
