OKAY REAL TALK. I finished my Invisalign 1 year ago (woo!) and got permanent retainers top & bottom. Despite having permanent retainers, I’ve worn the removable ones every single night for the past year. NOW IM THINKING - can I start wearing it maybe every other night now? or is it advised to wear it every. single. night?
