Decreases for taat sleeves

Do I have to do the second sleeve’s decreases in reverse? If the patter calls for K1, K2Tog, knit to last 3 sts, SSK, K1, and the round begins in the middle of the sleeves, should I begin the next sleeve’s decreases before it’s BOR?

Let me know if this makes sense or I am overthinking it . I’m just confused because you’re knitting one half of one sleeve at a time, and not sure how that affects the increases. Thank you!
