Missed out some items on the online application form

In Singapore, applying for Schengen visa from Belgium. I missed out some items on the online form like means of support and whether I've had a Schengen visa previously. Should I fill up form again and book another appointment?

I will bring printed copy on my appointment and I checked out the items I missed but wondering if that suffices?

I have also emailed them but have not received any reply yet. My appointment is in 2 days.
