So... when is Black Clover actually coming back? This break is starting to feel legendary

Okay, I know we’ve all been coping in our own ways, but seriously — does anyone actually know when Black Clover is coming back? It feels like this hiatus has lasted longer than Asta’s entire training arc.

I’ve seen a lot of mixed info: studio issues, production delays, the movie’s aftermath, rights shifting around, etc. But nothing concrete. Does anyone have a reliable update on what’s going on behind the scenes? And more importantly, why the return is taking this long?

Some points I’ve been thinking about that I’d love to hear opinions on: • Did Studio Pierrot drop Black Clover because of their Naruto/Boruto workload? • Is the new arc going to get a totally different animation studio? • Was the movie meant to “buy time” but didn’t go as planned? • Is BC suffering from the same production burnout other big shonen have? • Could the long break mean a massive quality jump when it returns? • Manga readers — do you think they’re waiting for a full arc to finish?

Honestly, this series has too much potential to just vanish, and the fanbase is still crazy strong. I feel like the hype for its return could be huge — if only we had something official to look forward to.

What do you all think? Are we being dramatic, or is this hiatus actually wild?
