Zero response (2 months) for pending tax issue?

I got an e-mail that my tax ID was incorrect in the tax interview from taxidentity.com so I opened a ticket with them on October 15th... No response. I opened a new ticket on October 23rd... No response. I sent an e-mail to Itch.io support on October 30th... No response. I got another e-mail from taxidentity on November 14th, opened another ticket on November 15th... No response.

We've got money tied up in the website they won't let us withdraw because of this, but nobody will respond to us? Has anyone ever run into this or has any tips on what to do about it? All of our stripe/direct payments are coming through unquestioned, but half of them are stuck behind this problem.
