BPO as a Fresh Graduate

A fresh graduate and would want to start in BPO but in job applications you need experiences daw.

Where do you even get those relevant experiences for the roles in BPOs like US accounting, AU accounting, etc.

Could you recommend a BPO company that accepts fresh graduates? Diba may training naman po sa mga ganyan? Thank you!!
