9070 or 5070 for 4k?

Currently running a 5060ti 16gb with a 1440p monitor. I have a 4K Mini-Led monitor coming soon and I plan on selling my 5060Ti for either a 5070 or 9070.

9070 is 505$ while 5070 is 540$

I know I will have to use DLSS performance most of the time to get playable framerates at 4k and I don't mind it.
