I think I want to go from boost mobile to another carrier

I want the android back. I’m eyeing a Samsung galaxy 25+ over at t-mobile because they’ll help the pay remaining balance. Good idea to move to them? Or is something else better?

My current bill is a bit over $60. Is anything cheaper or is it all the same price or more?
