I have been gifted the "The best cat" sidekick twice

One of my friends have gifted be the cat sidekick a couple of days ago and now another friend of mine has gifted it to me too.. nothing has changed in my layout but my 2nd friend has been charged. Who can we escalate this to so she can get her money back?
