Any good medical clothback diapers?

I know there is a huge variety in the abdl market, current favs are honey tales by lngu and tryagains from pretend against. Sadly in today's economy wearing daily adds up quiet quickly. Was wondering if people had any success with medical style clothbacks that can handle more then a soak or 2 and not feel like they are falling apart. I've tried super seni quatro and incontrol active so far.
