Horrible roommate situation

Hey guys I am just looking for opinions moving forward on our off campus housing situation… We rent through a big renting company. So I am currently in a joint lease with 5 people and one of our roommates has been consistently late paying rent. This time she is now 2 months late with zero communication to any of us and ignores us and is never around. Idk what to do moving forward none of us are able to financially to cover the rent and this person really rude and ignores us. I am looking for advice moving forward since none of us want to get evicted or have an eviction notice associated with our name. Thanks for advice!!
