Lost contact the past month.

I live in Greece and it's been a month since the last time my American friend contacted me. We used viber to communicate but shes been radio silent since the beginning of november. Ive called through viber over 100 times in a night and dont know what to do. She's been online but said nothing and she has read receipts off. I'm really worried about her what do I do?
