I almost bought one of these for my ceremony/reception gown but went with a stunning double basque waist ball gown instead.

But I can’t get these two dresses off my mind… so I figured I can have a mini version made of one of these!!! I’ll wear it to the end of the reception/after party.

They are both clearly too small on me, so please look past that part. I would order the right size, but it would still be made to snatch the waist and create some boob lift!

My questions:

Which dress should I pick?

What hem line or dress shape should I go with? A-line, movement with beads hanging, uneven hem, fitted, etc.

I showed a pic from the side so you can see my shape. I think I look good in fitted dresses from the front, but from the side I feel self conscious about my lower abdomen. However, I wouldn’t mind showing off the butt! Because of this, I’m torn on what style I should ask for because fitted would show off my curves, but a-line might feel more comfortable and confident.

Context:
My wedding is in October so I would have to order this custom mini by end of December.
Venue is kind of vintage glam style and overlooks the Manhattan sky line.

If I can’t decide on this, I may end up ordering a dress from Nadine Merabi, Studio Minc, Rose Ettiene, Millanova, or Aston Bridal.
