This community shares many similarities to Dead By Daylight, and it's exhausting.

Without going into detail I'm going to make this short. and If any of you come from Dead By Daylight you will understand. But there are too many people trying to dictate how others should play.

It's perfectly okay for you to be frustrated when you die.

It's perfectly okay for you to be frustrated on HOW you died.

It's perfectly okay for you to not like people that dedicate their playtime to just PvP.

It's perfectly okay for you to want some changes in the game.

What is NOT okay, is for you to tell others how to enjoy the game. That your way is the correct way. That your idea of fun is what's best or for "the greater good."

DBD has the same issues. Killers are to OP, Survivors are too OP. It's Bad Manners to go after one survivor and take them out then move on to the other. It's wrong to rush the generators or bully the Killer making it impossible for killer to progress. yadda yadda.

These are all fundamentally ways for people to enjoy playing their game. You may not agree with it, but that doesn't make it wrong. If you can't find enjoyment with the basic principles of the game you're playing - then the simple truth is that it isn't a game for you to play.

This game is supposed to be Challenging. It's a Marathon, not a sprint.

Complaining about getting decked when finally doing all the hard work on a big boy ARC? Change up your playstyle. Get a Big Boy Arc to near death, and wait it out to see if anyone comes and finishes it off then do the same to them. Group up with others. Do something different if what you're doing isn't working. This isn't Mario Kart. Don't expect a Blue Turtle Shell if you're falling behind.

All I'm saying is, no-one here is entitled to dictate how others play. If you wanna PvP and gank people when they least expect it? Go for it. I will hate you for it - but it's a viable strat. If you wanna be the morally responsible hero that is all about ARC Only and saving others - Go for it. You paid at least $40 for this game so play it however the hell you want. Because without these pvpers, this game would be boring AF and you know it.
