Having a panic attack over Hibiclens

I have severe dry skin. I live off lotion like I need air to breathe. 4 days of using this crap. They said 3 nights before, 2 nights before, night before and morning of.

So what? I don't get to shower in the morning? Can I not use my regular soap and lotion during the day and then use this crap before bed? I'm laying here after show 1 of 4 and my skin is crawling from the dryness.
