Day 4 Post Op - Dry socket / Stitches coming out ?

I got 4 wisdom teeth removed on Thursday and today is Sunday. The first two days were easy for me, I didn’t have much pain… Day three I woke up in a lot of pain and more swollen. Today is day four and my jaw feels extra tight and hurts a lot. I was told to do the syringe cleaning on day four so I did that today, when I did it some blood came out of my right bottom one. Ever since then my whole bottom mouth area has been hurting / feeling tight. Could this be dry socket? Only watery blood came out, however, I’m nervous to get a dry socket. Also, I can see the dissolvable stitches popping up on that same extraction, could this be an issue?
