Mawawalan ba ko nang Philhealth benefit if I skip contribution this year?

Don't know if it fits this subreddit. Business owner here and paying voluntary contributions for my SSS, Philheath and PAGIBIG. Mej na overwhelm ako when I looked ahead for the next few months sa dami nang magiging gastos ko. I have 102 contributions in Philheath. Di pa ko nagpay nang contribution ko for year 2025 which is I have till end of the year to pay. If I skip 2025 magkakaproblem ba ko sa pagclaim if ever I need it?

Also dagdag ko na din SSS I have 137 contributions. I am 34 right now, I'm thinking what if I stop muna and resume mag contribution when I'm 45 is it a good idea?
