Makes sense sourdough didn’t come first. It is quite the endeavor. Worth it though. That loaf looks … okay can I be honest? I don’t like sourdough 😂. I like bread but I dunno maybe I’ve just never had any that great. Even toasted it just always seems… sour..

But those cinnamon rolls you speak of. Now those I wouldn’t mind showing up on my door step 😉
