Earliest you can get the Diance and Mewtwo Mystery Gift

Hey!

I wanted to throw something out there for anyone curious on when is the earliest you can receive the mystery gift missions for Diance and Mewtwo. You can get them as soon as MG's are open, or after you unlock Mabel's research.

Just wanted to throw this out there for anyone starting a new save or someone who has multiple saves.

You can't do this missions until post game mind you, but figure I would still let you all know!
