Tips for HVT Uber Klaus?

Honestly, any other HVT Elite would've been fine except for an Uber Klaus, even recycled ones. He isnt difficult, he just takes way too much time to kill, and now more as an HVT. Has anyone found an effective way of dealing with him quickly or we'll be just screwed now on exfils?
