Used truck purchase
I’m buying a truck, and have been debating full-size vs midsize. For context, I am 6’5” 230lbs and have never owned a car I fit comfortably in. I don’t currently have anything to tow (yet), but will be hauling fairly constantly and don’t have a long work commute (10 miles 3-4 days a week). I want to stay under $40k OOD. I think my favorite by looks and drive has been an XLT F-150. Looking primarily in the 2-4 year old market.
I just drove a Colorado that I saw listed at a great price and negotiated the OOD price to $27k. It is 2021, 50k miles, 4x4, crew + long bed, LT trim, bedliner & soft top, and seemingly in fantastic shape, one owner no accidents etc. But has no warranty.
This feels like a pretty good deal, but I have it in the back of my head that I am going to be mad at myself for not going bigger and more comfortable (even if I don’t NEED it) Curious what everyone’s thoughts are about it.
