Bonus Red Flag?

I’ve been with the company for several years. The last 2 bonuses I had for 2023 and 2024 both saw approximately $11K increases. This year, which was supposedly a “good year”, my bonus only went up $10K which is most certainly lower based on % increase from previous years.

I’m a mid 4 performer at KCMO (engineer) who was promoted last year. This is my first senior bonus. Is this a red flag? Should I be taking this as an indicator of poor performance?
