Hands shake when holding things + random muscle twitches — normal or not?

Hey all,
I’ve been dealing with something and wanted to ask if anyone else experiences this.

Whenever I hold something up — like recording with my phone, lifting an object, or even just holding my hands out — they start to shake slightly. It’s like a tiny, steady vibration, almost like a slight mild mini-earthquake.
I also get occasional random muscle twitches in my legs, arms, and sometimes around my eye.

No noticeable weakness or numbness, just these weird twitches and shaky hands when holding things.

For anyone who’s had this:

• Did you notice your hands only shake when holding something up, or also at rest?
• Were your muscle twitches harmless?
• Did anything make it better (sleep, hydration, etc.)?
• Did you end up seeing a doctor about it?
• How did you know if it was just normal tremor vs. something else?
