tips on managing work life balance and self esteem?

hi all,

a little bit of a vulnerable post ahead! I am just-graduated female electrical engineer in the work force (started this past august). to be honest, the work I do is pretty difficult and I feel as I am not up to par compared to my other colleagues. I think of my mistakes outside of work and get anxious about continuing the work I have been messing up on. I know its been only a couple months since I started, but I really wish that I could take a more laid back approach to work and internalize the fact that the mistakes I do at work do not define me.

it does not help that most of my colleagues are men and I feel even more anxious about making future mistakes. any tips or past anecdotes?
