Zicam during pregnancy?

I’ve been using Zicam for years (of course only when I’m congested/sick) and I’ve used it twice for a few weeks while pregnant. I’ve read some sources say it’s okay and others it’s not/related to birth defects and now I’m STRESSING! Anyone else use it and baby was okay or given the okay to use it?? 😅
