Why people judge me based on my banter skills ?

I always faced a situation where i get blank and didn't get in mind what to say , later they believed me that i am one of the weak guy who has no social skills , confidence and aura , but let me honest i am great speaker , humorous, high aura but infront of those who don't judge me .
