How concerning is this noise from my “new” (refurbished) Toshiba HDD?

Just installed a refurbished 16TB internal HDD in an older PC. Never done this before and concerned about this sort of tapping/clicking noise. It is almost constant during read/write. Scared it’s the “click of death”. CrystalDiskInfo scan says it is in good health.

(Also, I bought this HDD from a reputable reseller. So if I am indeed screwed, would I contact Toshiba or GoHardDrive (the reseller)?)
