At home retail store?

I go all around my city and I sometimes see the store called At Home. I've not shopped there since usually the pay when I get a batch is pretty low/lack of tips, but for anyone who has shopped at the store, what is it like? Do you enjoy shopping there? I want to know opinions and thoughts.
