reminders that I have no streak freezes when I do

There's no other way to say it, Duolingo has been peculiar lately. The last two days it's told me I had no streak freezes, which I do, and that I need to do activity for the day, which I already have. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Also the voice on Norwegian course has gotten very degraded, almost like a stutter.
