How do reruns work? (From a Fu Ji fan)

I got into the game a little while ago, and with that I absolutely adore the character Fu Ji and her Beachside Vacation outfit, is there any way I can obtain it in the future? and if so, how do you usually get them/how much can it cost

Thank you for any replies or advice :))
