Is it a bad idea to have cherry shrimps in rams’ tank?

I recently got a pair of GBR, that have already laid eggs before. It’s a planted tank and pretty big for just a pair of rams so I wanted to add up some clean up crews. Is it a bad idea to get them for my rams tank if I wanna breed my rams? Thanks 🙏
