Cairns in November??

Planning a two-day pit stop in Cairns on our two week Australia vacation next November. For the two days we were planning a day-trip to Daintree and and then a GBR day. I’m a tad worried about the weather so was wondering if we’ll be alright?? Looking at the weather this past November it didn’t seem overly rainy. We’ll be spending a majority of the trip in Sydney and it seems gorgeous in November so that was the main driver of picking that month. We’ll also be going to Brisbane and Uluru. We can’t go in October and September seems a bit chillier in Sydney. Any advice is much appreciated
