Help me get my page back to normal.

I was trying to fix the "dual screen" setup on resolve and then now my media pool is huge and I can'r move it. Please help. Also if the auto moderator removes this post again I am going to lose it, Reddit is literally awful. Thank you though, I appreciate the help.
